which is published three times a year, seeks to encourage the writing of great, exciting, thought provoking tales that do in the 21st Century what Campbell, Heinlein, Asimov, Sturgeon, Leinster, Del Rey, Clement, Silverberg, and so many others achieved a half century or more ago. However, we are not merely hoping to publish copies of tales from the Golden Age of Astounding, Galaxy, Fantasy & Science Fiction, etc.
We look to the newer writers to provide stories that are up to date in style and content, but also capture the reader's imagination as did the landmark SF classics of the 30s through the 50s. styling.
is a print magazine whose aim is nothing less than to reinvigorate and perpetuate the field of good short science fiction stories. We intend to publish a variety of story types, but the emphasis will be on adventure in the broadest sense of that term. We feel that it is possible to combine great story telling with great characterization and imagery. It can be done, in SF as well as in other genres, and we will attempt to do just that in the pages of CONTINUUM. In addition, we will include science news and article s and reviews of books and movies.
Thank you for taking the time to take a look at CONTINUUM SCIENCE FICTION . With your help and support this new venture can make an important contribution to the SF field.
